Adrienne Foster
Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Adrienne now lives in Rushville, NY, on her small hobby farm, complete with horses, chickens, dogs, cats, and birds! While she and her husband spend a lot of time growing their garden, she also has a knack for online word games—it turns out they can get pretty competitive.
Because her role with Camp Get-A-Way is less specific, Adrienne kind of does it all! On a day-to-day basis, she interacts with other board members and supports Ken. For Adrienne, camp is all about the sense of empowerment that campers and their parents can find at Camp Get-A-Way. There’s something to be said for the hands-on skills that people can learn when they’re pushed just to try. There’s nothing like watching people who were once total strangers becoming friends during camp!
